you towered over me
your shoulder six feet
to my five feet five
your muscles rippling
underneath
bay brown skin
black mane
freely hanging
over your forehead
short tail
swishing lazily
graceful curves
belie powerful
hinquarters
four fringed
white socks
adorn your hooves
proud neck arches
while calm clear
brown eyes
gaze down at me
as your white blazed
velvet nose brushes
my outstretched hand
Clydesdale
gentle giant
indeed you are
